On the upcoming meeting of the Council of Ministers of Foreign Affairs of the ECO

On January 23-24, 2023, Tashkent will host a meeting of the Council of Ministers of Foreign Affairs of the Economic Cooperation Organization under the chairmanship of the Republic of Uzbekistan.

The event will be organized within the framework of Uzbekistan's chairmanship in the ECO. Delegations of the Organization's member countries headed by foreign ministers, as well as ECO Secretary General Khusrav Noziri are expected to attend the Meeting.

Media representatives wishing to cover the Meeting should send to the MFA of the Republic of Uzbekistan the following documents:

1) a letter of application by the head of the media outlet concerning on the accreditation of correspondent. 

2) information about media outlet;

3) biographical data (CV / CV), passport copy and photo (aspect ratio 3x4, maximum resolution 600x800 pixels, minimum - 240x320 pixels, full-face, on a white background) accredited persons;

4) a completed accreditation form.

Applications from the media representatives on accreditation will be accepted until 18:00 Tashkent time (GMT+5), January 20, 2023 through the diplomatic or consular missions of the Republic of Uzbekistan abroad or directly to MFA of the Republic of Uzbekistan (please send the electronic version to the e-mail eco-press@mfa.uz).

Applications received after the deadline as well as with the missing documents or accreditation form of the journalist will not be accepted for consideration. If the foreign media representatives submit the application but have not received the confirmation on their accreditation from the MFA of the Republic of Uzbekistan, it does not justify the arrival to Uzbekistan and their further professional activity.
